OD Specialist

Design each department organizational structure and charts in line with Department Heads. Make Job Analysis and Design Job Descriptions and KPIs for each position Create HR Strategies & Policies with relative forms & applications. Develop current policies and procedures for different company's departments in line with department heads and deliver them to all employees to ensure their full awareness. Audit on the company's policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with the approved ones Follow-up the Probation Period Process Follow-up the Exit Interview Process and analyses data to detect and solve turn over reasons Build Strong and accurate Performance Management System based on Professional Behavior/ Attitude and Relative Knowledge & Skills. Run the performance management system for each business unit Semi-Annual/Annually. Communicate with external training providers and prepare training annual budget and priorities. Build annual training program and preparing training plan. Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs. Participate in planning and implementing team building activities. Prepare reports and statistics on regular basis as needed. Support, develop and coach people managers to manage employee relations issues. Assist in developing compensation programs and salary structures ensuring their Internal and External competitiveness in order to retain and attract qualified calibers. Conduct salary surveys to ensure that the company’s compensation system & structure in line with the market.
