Maximize team productivity through ongoing reporting, feedback and counseling Goal setting. Manage daily service levels across all communications channels. selling travel products and tour packages. Ensures that company procedures, guidelines and standards are followed in the areas of: customer service, ticketing, attendance, accuracy of work, invoicing etc. for assigned employees. Researches and provides solutions to escalated travel-related issues from client.
