Product Development Manager

The Product Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing product design, development and documentation of existing product/new product Responsible for design, development and execution of new and existing products to include: o Communicating with factories the product specifications of proposed new product. o Monitoring, tracking and organizing of all approved proposed new product samples and collect costs.o Approve all Pre-production samples. o Accurately complete item set up requirements and all related documents; communicate to procurement, quality department, marketing and sales. Work to ensure product specifications are accurate and up-to-date then communicate to procurement and quality. Take an additional responsibilities on upgrading manufacturing processes to match new products requirement.
