Product Owner

We are looking to hire a Product Owner to spearhead Damlag's products development. While constantly communicating with our capable technical, design, marketing and management teams to gather intelligence and execute plans for our products, you will also provide your insights about our business needs and the prioritisation process that will achieve a balance between the needs of our stakeholders and clients. You will join the exciting journey of researching the constantly changing factors that shape our products roadmaps from the market, our customers and our management team. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Act as a single point of contact for one or several products (elCinema.com, Chroma...etc) Collecting information to create and build products roadmaps and manage their execution. Maintaining product backlog to register and prioritize new requested features/ modules of the ticketing solution system and manage their completion and delivery. Gathering and prioritizing the enhancement requests from the different teams and clients, working closely with the technical, design, business and senior management teams to ensure that goals are met. Managing the products full development cycle, and make sure that all the timelines are met. Managing the development of the enhancements and bugs that appear in the ticketing products. Follow up on the testing and bugs fixing of the mobile application products.
