Production Manager - EMF

Review production schedule, engineering specs,orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods,procedure and activities. Analyzing statistical data and product specs to determine standard and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished products, Study operation sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and plant information to determine worker functions and responsibilities. Plan and establish sequence of operations to fabricate and assemble parts or products to promote efficient utilization. Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, materials, and machines. Estimate production costs and cost saving methods. Leading by example, to ensure that teams operate in line with our approach and values. Lead, plan and contribute to the delivery of press to agreed outcomes, deadlines and budget to include design, development, and testing and implementation phases as appropriate. Engage with internal customers and build effective relationships to reach mutually beneficial solutions. Identify any information gaps and take steps to resolve issues, working with related stakeholders. Identify, assess and prioritise risks, applying resources to monitor and control the impact. Ensure all systems/databases are accurately maintained and quality checks are undertaken. Contribute to the achievement of factory strategy offering feedback and ideas for continuous improvement, motivating other employees to contribute their ideas and feedback. Review the factory equipment based on the agreed policies and procedures and take responsibility for driving and supporting change and continuous improvement. Identify and implement improvements and deliver radical change, if required
