Review all requests regarding the purchase of any operational tools & equipment and compare it with each branch / platform's normal consumption to monitor the budget. Negotiate with different suppliers to come up with the best offers with the least cost to maintain the allocated budget. Develop a report to be submitted to department manager to select the best deal to control the budget. Review / ensure reviewing the received goods and compare it with purchase order as per the agreed terms to maintain company's rights. Develop maintenance contracts with different suppliers and follow up its implementation to ensure maintaining operational tools and equipment. Review each branch / platform balance in terms of operational tools and equipment to monitor their consumption against the allocated budget.
