Quality Inspector

Plan in cooperation with Field Operation the needed units to be inspected on annual basis. Supervise the quality technician; distribute the work according to needed quality inspections. Supervise installation methods for safety and safety relevant components review of installation instructions Execute SAIS (final inspection tests) in New Instalations/Modrnizations to fulfill the group & local requirements. Support the fitter to complete any open items immediately. Record at the open item list that cannot be close immediately & reported to NI or MOD to close it. In case of errors and open items in quality which is safety or legal relevant and the declaration of conformity can not be issued, a re-inspection is required. Issue quality report and update, keep all related documents. Mediate and escalate any SAIS related non-conformities to ensure proper handover of the installations to the customer Monitor the compliance with the local system of safety management. Develop and execute a procedure for auditing the disciplined implementation of approved processes according to the Quality System.
