Provide & support the whole company with secretarial duties Assist with general office duties as required, especially providing general secretarial cover, answering the telephone, etc. Opening and distribution of mails, and faxes to all concerned parties. Archive implement and maintain filing, retrieving and archiving system. Typing & scanning duties as required. Controlling of meeting & training room and facilities Maintaining incoming and outgoing courier system. Administration of the Health Scheme, including renewal, adding and deleting members, dealing with complaints,etc.... Organizing travel and accommodation arrangements, whenever requested by any department. Issuing and keeping track of transmittal notes, as well as filing them. Responsible for Meet and Greet required by any department and liaising with logistics department for the transportation. Applying for visas in liaise with other secretaries in the company. Ensure HR team meets their set HSE targets every quarter, by tracking their table of targets and send it to each on monthly basis. Administration of the HR meeting held regularly. Preparation of the parties held in the company, as well as any other occasion for the company held outside the Company’s premises.
