Sales Account MAnager

Job duties & responsibilities: Maximizing our clients potential in designated regions and seeking new clients who might benefit from our products, solutions or services. Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements. Providing clients with products or solutions that best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, reasonable price and delivery terms. Negotiating tender and contract terms & conditions to meet both client and company needs. Calculating quotations, administering his clients’ accounts and coordinating his sales projects. Helping in the design of custom-made products/solutions. Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services if needed. Act as the point of contact and handle customer’s individual needs. Analyzing costs and sales. Meeting regular sales targets. Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events. Responsible of technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs. Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts. Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team. Preparing reports for head office.
