Senior Recruiter – English speaker - Multinational Bank

Ensure all hiring targets for the English departments are met as per SLA Sources, screens, and hires for English Operations and Special skills roles Assist the head of Recruitment in coordinating with the project management & operation teams to ensure all hiring requisitions are raised on requisition tool Assist in managing internal redeployment pool / external pool to reduce costs & time to hire Responsible for increasing contributions from employee referrals through regular communication to all teams Process all rehire and voluntary transfer requests Manages internal hiring through Internal Job PostingsSupports in identifying new vendors and manages their payment Interview Scheduling/ testing Manage pre-joining formalities for all new joiners Actively support all direct recruitment activities like print advert walk-ins, job fairs, campus etc.
