Develop a product strategy and business case for each product within her/ his portfolio and ensure they meet the strategic objectives of the company Responsible for collecting information on customer needs and technology trends in the target sectors and compile a report showcasing a complete understanding of competitor offerings, including pricing and technology trends. Develop an exhaustive SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis for each product to identify necessary improvements. Preferred knowledge in ECM industry to enhance on building and maintaining product value proposition. Manage product profitability through proposing product price guidelines to the Director of Product Development & Marketing. Evaluate new product development or change requests in terms of added value. Recommend selectively to the CEO any requests for developments and/or enhancements. Educate the client and local partners about product through presentations, marketing materials, site visits, etc. Support sales processes by providing assistance with product-related technical aspects of proposals/ presentations. Plan and organize demos based on Regional Sales Managers requests. Support the development of RFI/RFP response by proposing prices for all components (software license, implementation…). Identify potential channel distribution channels and take steps needed to formalize the relationship. Obtain software certification by the channel partner. Support the Sales Department in the business development efforts with the channel distribution partner. Support the Marketing and Corporate Branding department on preparing marketing materials, updating the company website and planning of special events. Perform any other related job duties as requested by the CEO or as per the process framework, finance or commitment authority delegation matrix.
