We are serious and we are looking for serious people who will not make us lose our time and money training them . if you don't think you are talented for one of the jobs below , please just don't apply.The team would be constituted of :01- Designer/Developer (both in the same person ) , We are looking for a Simple Web designer who needs to be also a web developer and will have the tasks of preparing mobile banners ads on a daily basis for mobile apps ( he will not create them for zero ) , he will work together with a market researcher who will give him ideas of banners and some examples of what is doing the best , most of the time you will get some banners prepared for you and you will just create different sizes and add simple things ( most of the time you will not create banners from scratches ) but for example convert a 728x90 to 320x50 etc..The employee needs to be also a talented web developer especially in HTML / CSS / Javascript , basically he will get some web pages on a daily basis , he will add some additional javascript functions ( already prepared ) and fix some errors on the pages and optimise the page for speed loading and clean the code ( easy tasks ) he will also work hand in hand with the researcher and we will train him on what to do exactly .02- Market Researcher : he needs to have fluent English , will get access to spy tools ( softwares ) who will disclose for him what other markters are doing in the industry , he will choose some ideas and send them for application to the web designer and developer.03- affiliate Manager : will get trained to manage affiliate , simple work , will be to push our affiliates to make more money , monitor their work , and the more our affiliates make money , the more the affiliate manager will make ( the affiliate manager will be trained from zero )04- Advertiser Manager : will get trained to manage Advertisers ( our clients ) , simple work , will be to push our advertisers to make more money , monitor their work , and the more our advertisers make money , the more the advertiser manager will make ( the advertiser manager will be trained from zero )
