TPA Info Desk

Assist service providers who have specific inquiries regarding their claims. Provide the callers with any information needed regarding their payments/checks status. Deal with providers face to face and help in resolving any customer complaints. Update and respond to the CRM. Support and Follow up with the Finance department. Assist the finance team in other tasks as assigned. Working hours: Either from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. or from 9 a.m. to 5.30 a.m. Days off are on Fridays & Saturdays.
