We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead our videos development team to ensure an effective delivery of our videos’ scientific content and their compliance with the company’s in-house guidelines. Responsibilities Establishing work procedures and processes that support the videos development team Onboarding, coaching, and developing team members on a regular basis Distributing tasks to team members according to experience and skills Leading the development and creation of videos that are aligned with our content and strategy Providing status reports of team activities to management Creating and maintaining a high-quality work environment to keep team members motivated Ensuring the quality of the videos produced by team members Managing the freelancing videos development team in terms of planning, coaching, and ensuring that the produced videos are aligned with the company’s in-house guidelines and scope
