Warehouse Manager

Responsible for the work integration, business plan implementation and setting the warehouses budget with the finance department Plan, organize and control the inventory daily activities in the warehouses Implement efficient space management and inventory handling in both warehouses and showrooms Responsible for the system item master data along with its classifications Managing the physical count cycle for warehouses and showrooms on regular basis, investigate the differences, and submit reasons to finance and top management, in order to ensure the accuracy of the stock on hand records. Ensure proper storing conditions and instructions Introdcuing the warehousing new techiques and tools in the mareket and implementation (e.g. RFID, Bar Code, GPS, …etc.) while ensuring the continious improvement of the function. Supporting all the reports and dashboard required by the management on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis Manage the company fleet efficently and manage it as a separate cost center, deliveries scheduling, and assuring the on time delivery. Managing the warehouses staff for achieving the department objective and enhance the team work spirit, and implementing cleaning desk, follow Desk and Safety instructions Manage and control the filling system with the related documents Responsible for improving the business quality through the work methods, procedures and business processes to achieve the value added chain by eliminating all the non-added values steps in the chain Measuring the employees performance and KPIs Fulfilling Environmental Health and Safety, ISO 14000, and ISO 9000 requirements Managing the running warehouses projects
