Job Description: Tianyu Fields International Hotel is a sole 5 star standard hotel in Shaanxi Civil Aerospace Economic and Technological Development Zone which is an upcoming destination for multi-national corporations as well as local business. Hotel is closed to Xi’an International Exhibition Center and Qujiang National Cultural Central Business District. It has European decoration style, integrated with Western color scheme and design elements, collaborate with our astonishing art collections. The intern will learn: 1.Prepare training materials regularly to help improve Chinese stuffs basic English(once a week) 2.Read yesterday's GRO report ,solve customers problems according to leader's instructions. Fill in the GRO report according to the standard(everyday) 3.Express birthday wishes to hotel guests and checkout guests ,and offer courteous reception 4.Accomplish the reception plan and preparations for VIP and special needs guests of the day. 5.Know guests who are coming and leaving ,represent the hotel to welcome and see them off. 6.Assist FO Department ,willing to offer help in other departments in business peak. 7.Write guest experience enhancements and participation department service quality improvement plan on a regular basis.(every month).Write a semi-annual work experience and hotel services to enhance the feelings and reasonable suggestions for management's reference(every six months)
