Main Duties: Managing and allocating maintenance team according to prepared plan and to cover emergency situations in maintenance and construction sites. Providing required technical support to maintenance team. Good user and trouble shooter for all HVAC equipment. Full awareness of preventive and corrective maintenance. Awareness for pricing Maintenance projects and submitting quotations. Submit maintenance reports. Awareness of HVAC systems commissioning and start-up procedures. Awareness of testing and balancing requirements and procedures for HVAC system. Handing over of HVAC system after, testing, balancing, commissioning and start-up takes place, to the owner/ consultant.
