Post Overview: As a Marketing Executive at MAB’s launching phase, You shall be responsible for prepare a tight market research to identify & allocate segments as well as opportunities, Create creative brand kit, developing planning, executing marketing plans through various communication channels and monitoring activities performance. Ensuring that all marketing activities carried out align with the overall objectives of the organization. Your role will be significant in establishing the organization’s identity specially in its launching phase. You are required to be aware of the latest advancements in marketing and digital marketing. Knowing well how to adapt market penetration strategies. Where your role with other supporting departments will be significantly important so this also requires you to be flexible and dynamic using several approaches Mab’s marketing executive shall take care of organization’s public relations and external communications, this includes our social media platforms, company email, website as well as media and influencers specially in the education and technology fields. This to ensure that you are building the organization’s image. Post Duties and Responsibilities: Research & Analysis: You shall study the market well, getting information on market capacity as well as targeted segment on both individual and cooperate levels Identifing competitor’s number of similar training institutions, their names, scope, Weakness, Strength, Pricing and strategies Studying market needs Creating Swot Analysis Reaching conclusion on business potentiality, best marketing strategy shall be used for penetration phase, identifying best channels and any other thoughts Content Creation: You shall be highly creative in preparing all marketing contents from copywriting to graphic designing, photography and video Ads In the launching phase you will be highly involved in preparing the corporate index Continuous generation of materials and out of the box ideas to use for market approach. Document all organization’s activities, challenges, daily activity, activations and events. Planning: Develop a full marketing plan for the launching phase. You are required to assist your line manager in the preparation of the overall marketing plan and accordingly prepare a detailed monthly plan of your activities. All planning activities have to consider budgets where you shall be accountable for Execution: Carry out all planned activities in accordance with quality standards and within set time Abide by set budgets Manage relationships with suppliers Ensure that all activities carried out follow the marketing guideline Ensure that all activities carried out are done in a manner that abides by the organization’s core values Monitoring: Set monitoring targets and parameters for all activities Monitor the progress and the results of all activities Take corrective actions when necessary Provide periodic reports on all activities Communication: Establish and manage online platforms (website, SM platforms, Blogs) Manage all inbound and outbound communication Develop and monitor a tracking system for all inbound and outbound communication
