Carry out chemical and physical analysis of samples received from Factory “during Process” according to in-process method of analysis. Record all data and methods used for analysis in the sample's own report or in the personal analyst's notebook to be referred to when needed. Record the results in in-process certificates. Record with signature in the specified instrument's logbook in case of using instrument. Organize and store the lab glassware. Carry out all preparation and standardization of reagents used for analysis. Carry out the factory water sample analysis. Carry out the cleaning and calibration processes of all laboratories’ instruments under the supervision of his supervisor “Daily Calibration Only”. Identify quality problems and consult the supervisor /head/manager for solutions or corrective action.
