Main Duties: Prepare and edit correspondence, communications and other documents File and retrieve documents and reference materials Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, errands Arrange and coordinate meetings and events Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications Answer and manage incoming calls Receive and interact with incoming visitors Interact with external clients Co-ordinate project-based work Looking after the travel desk of the company with respect to ticket booking (Air, Rail, and Road).
