The Business Analyst develops effective working relationships with and among the business stakeholders and fellow technicalteam members to develop a strong understanding of the business requirements and processes related to technologysolutions and existing systems. The BA also translates the business requirements into systems specifications by performing detailed systems and dataanalysis, developing technical documentation for various projects and initiatives, application support and software packages. Participate in the identification of pain-points for existing solutions or customer operations. Gather Solution Requirements and Prepare business requirements document. Prepare detailed analysis document with complete awareness with the appropriate techniques and well definition for functional and non-functional requirements. Collaborate with the solution architect to refine the business design along technical constraints. Collaborate with UX team to ensure design usability Give detailed orientation for development and quality teams
