Job Responsibilities: Contact between the company and its clients, strengthen the relationships with the existing client and the potential clients. Sell/lease new homes and properties to clients. Evaluate properties to determine its competitive market price. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing Benefits A perfect basic salary and commission can be increased according to work and efficiency of sales agent. Working Days/Hours You will work 5 days/week having 2 days off. 8 working hours from 10 AM to 6 PM including 1 hour for a break. Location The 5th settlement
