Has the main mission to monitor the site under his/her responsibility ACTIVITIES (Key Responsibilities) Responsible for all activities and works on site regarding: Buildings erection or rehabilitation, Level Crossings (LX), Singlar Crossing Points (SCP) by HDD or other technical solution, Trenching, Cable Laying and all other civil works associated to signalling. To follow up the obtention of all needed permits in order to execute Thales works within Project's Master Schedule . To follow up the subcontractors contract and assure that all works executed on site are according to it, reporting any discrepancies. Supervision and control of subcontractors work on site. Follow up of the Buildings / CW activities, as HDD's, SCP's, LX or Trenching Planning and tracking of Buildings / Civil Works activities (daily, weekly and monthly). Budget Control of Buildings / Civil Works activities. Interface with internal site managers from other Thales units, subcontractors and external site responsibles from the Customer, regarding all buildings / civil works activities. To transmit the instructions from the Health and Safety Manager in order to assure fulfilment of Safety and Health standards by workers on site, supplying resources for protecting the workers and third parties. In general for all participants either Thales or other subcontractors. Elaboration of progress reports (daily, weekly and monthly) on buildings and civil works, and overall reporting to GPM and Construction Manager (CM). Management and coordiation of all Buildings and Civil Works Field Coordinators Monitoring and reporting to the CM and GPM of all the ocurrences on site considered to be out of Project's Scope, allowing Thales to present a Claim within the 28 days since it's detection according to the Main Contract.
