Job Scope: The mumm Social Media Executive is a very unique and challenging position as it requires multi skilled individual to do the job right. You will understand the consumer, work with the brand management team on tailoring our messaging for the target consumer and build the brand image with the help and support of our experienced brand building team. You will be part of the business planning and execution process to insure we have a fully harmonized business and brand vision. You will interact with highly competent talents that are looking to include the best caliber to our team. You will work on multiple fronts of social media management including, and not limited to: Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
