Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Job We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Responsibilities Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns Development marketing plan – online, mobile and social promotions – based on budgets/strategic plans and future business model. Community management - answering questions multiple social media platforms and solving customers' issues Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Overall responsibility for social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, Google+, YouTube), including content and identification of new opportunities for engagement and one to one interaction Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action Set and develop the monthly plan Manage all social media channel SEO: increase search engine ranking Responsible for Web analytics Manage business to business (B2B) sites Manage contact database Develop plans and policies appropriate to market the company's products Identify customer preferences, identifying target markets, and do marketing business in accordance with the approved plan and approved by senior management and the Director of Marketing and Sales Management, in order to achieve a better spread of the company's products, in line with its position Responsible for collecting data on strategies, plans, and policies of the competitors in the field of marketing.
