Installation and Configuration software application at the client site Assists external clients in the implementation of HIS software technical system. Demonstrated ability on understanding client’s Business life cycle to be implemented it to application functions. Tests and troubleshoots final system setups. Provides training and end-user support during and after the implementation process. Interfaces with training Section Manager & Project Manager. Reports to Projects manager Follow CMM-I Lv 4 implementation process.
