Responsibilities : You have to make sure the kids/teens enjoy their time and want to spend as much time as possible inside the place. Innovate ideas to keep the kids/teens engaged and add to the weekly programs. Uphold health and safety policies and guidelines in working with children. Being calm and controlled when dealing with kids/teens. Provide supervision of the kids/teens all the time. Night time activities : During the day, you will be responsible for organizing and delivering fun activities. Your outgoing personality will encourage the kids/teens to join in on the daytime fun. Camps : You will be asked to run activities in the camp for the kids/teens including games and craft activities. Working hours: 3 PM to 11 PM / 6 days a week.
