About the Job Answer and direct all phone calls related to the company Maintain a contact lists for all the customers Communicate with our clients as well as the employees regarding any updates Assist in preparing reports, memos and meeting minutes Develop a filing system for the clients, employees and external partners Update potential clients with new projects Assist in administrative paperwork and office tasks to ensure a smooth workflow Manage online platforms, like Facebook, Instagram accounts Prepare weekly reports to the manager, including attendance and sales team performance Manage the official email of the company by receiving and replying back Perform follow up on leads Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments. Represent the company in any event/ on daily basis by welcoming visitors
