As the Customer Success Engineer you will be responsible for providing customer support for ITWORX EDUCATION products and services, you will develop and deliver best-in-class support to our growing list of customers. The ideal candidate should be experienced in providing customer support for a cloud-based technology company. Responsibilities: Providing technical support to our clients, managing client issues to resolution. Providing detailed documentation to support the issue resolution. Organizing additional resources from other ITWORX Education teams to aid the issue to completion. Providing the clients with bi/monthly status reports and system health checks.
