Act as the focal point for projects planning, tracking & reporting. Coordinate with all related departments & different functions for integrating their inputs in addition to considering their outputs Provide the required progress reports & compile all the current data for continuous improvement of planning process Develop contingency plans to ensure the timely delivery of planned outcomes in all possible scenarios. Forecast future requirements based on current situational analysis and future growth plans Share in the feasibility studies for new projects & advise the management with all required considerations needed to successfully implement the projects plan.
