Job Summary: The Operations Manager works to improve the working environment and business processes of AlMaqarr Coworking space. The main aim is developing operational capacities, strengthening customer’s relationships and ensuring consistent growth in revenue. Job duties and responsibilities: Responsible for AlMaqarr venue (assets, maintenance, logistics, canteen suppliers, inventory. infrastructure, etc.) Inaddition to building and maintaining the relationship with neighbors, security and landlord to secure smooth continued daily operations. Responsible for end to end strategic direction to enhance our day to day operations. Responsible for the cash flow of the daily payments (revenues & costs), documenting and tracking the accounting sheets to guarantee accurate financial data.
