Identify new customers, on the Club’s targeted segments Target Retail and Corporate deals based on the Club’s targeted segments Sales activities should be done within Club’s Booths, Club’s Sales Offices and through telesales. Update the customers with the clubs recent promotions quarterly. Survey the market for customer’s feedback on the club. Update Customers status Sheets “New, closed, and current”. Determine the payment terms with the customers according to the payment policy. Follow up with Accounting and collection departments regarding customer payments. Issue periodical statistical analysis to follow up the sales status, and review the target achievements. Ensure the validity of the official documents for the new customers upon the membership issuance
