1-Attain or exceed agreed sales targets and market share for predefined & assigned territory.2- Effectively implement and execute S&T call plan and Territory action.3-Build sustainable relationships with Doctors; Pharmacists; Nursingstaff, Healthcare Specialists, Wholesalers KOLs4- Effectively promote MultiTrade products in accordance withMultiTrade business strategy, ethical standards through: commercial visitsround tables, conferences, congresses and seminars with healthcareprofessionals5-Regularly update and upgrade customers' database on the defined territory6-Provide regular feedback on client contacts and commercial activities to DM and team members7-Sustain and communicate excellent knowledge of Product, Disease and Competitors8-Monitor, suggest and implement appropriate actions to enhance performance9- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers10- Work with DM to assess territory sales performance and market trends11-Ensure timely reporting of all activities
