Receiving the production plan and working closely with the production engineers. Responsible of all the production process inputs, and inspect of the raw materials. Supervise the machines works before the production process, follow up the machines and stop it if he noticed any maintenance needs or errors in the production. Supervise and help the technicians to avoid the errors. Responsible of the HSE and guiding the workers to apply all its procedures. Record all the machines data to write effective reports. Appraise the workers and the technicians who are working under his supervision. Manage the workers’ leaves to guarantee the production will not be affected. Supervise the entire production hall and reduce the production waste.
