Making sure to achieve minimum of 100% of our targeted annual budget. Ensure that all queries answered within 24 hours upon receipt. Adding new direct client’s equivalent to 5% of our targeted annual budget. Manage and handle around 50% of policies issuance in the Dept.Manage and handle about 25% of reinsurance business. Strengthen our business relationship with existing clients to enlarge our premiums portfolio
