Waiter

Serves customers and takes food and beverage orders for dine-in customers. Maintains personal hygiene and cleanliness of the restaurant at all Reports to duty at least 15 minutes before the start of Assists in preparation of weekly schedules and obtains the approval of the restaurant Follows opening, shift change, closing, set-up, and breakdown duties. Adheres to daily cleaning schedule or other duties assigned by the restaurant Executes all manager’s orders and Adheres to all work rules, regulations, policies, and Reports any equipment that requires maintenance to the restaurant Reports any accidents to the restaurant manager (e.g., burns, cuts, etc.). Maintains adequate stock levels of all items used on floor for the duration of the shift and replenishes stock of items whenever Injects enthusiasm into work and provides fast and friendly service to Takes a proactive view towards Takes food & beverage orders from customers as per sequence of service Delivers food & beverage orders to customers as per standards Checks and ensures the level of satisfaction of customers. Ensures that what customers have received is what they ordered. Informs the restaurant manager of any customer dissatisfaction so corrective action may be Assists crew members whenever Supervises Knowledgeable of all menu items and Coordinates directly with the cashier and head stations Performs any other duties as directed by the Restaurant Manager
