Account Manager

Establishing a productive relationships with the assigned strategic accounts. Acting as a focal point between company strategic accounts and various internal departments. Responsible for the development of sales achievement through each account/channel. Focusing on growing and developing existing business, together with generating new business. Preparing feasibility studies for upcoming projects. Maximizing revenues and achieving Month Over Month increase. Launch/expand new channels and points of sales for the assigned accounts. Identifying new Business development solutions. Performance management and development decisions. Handling all commercial activities related to accounts development such as marketing campaigns, incentive programs, acknowledgement trainings, etc. Prepare presentations and attend clients’ meetings. Regularly follow up on accounts needs and respond to their inquiries. Core Functions: Sign new annexes related to new projects. Activate new services regularly on assigned accounts. Follow up on the daily cash flow in/out. Supervising channels complaints handling by operation teams. Conducting regularly meetings to enforce commercial relationship. Monitoring the handling of daily cash disputes. Conducting regularly field visits to sales channels when needed. Managing customers complaints coming from assigned accounts
