Assist in setting appointments, organizing Agenda of the company owner. Answering calls and requests. Writing correspondences and emails. Prepare administrative procedures and policies to supervisory workers, and monitor compliance. Assist my supervisor in collecting reports, gathering departmental information, aiding in compiling data to produce reports. Assist in follow-up with different departments regarding work flow and business process related matters.
