HR Business Partner - Pharmacist

Conducting Technical interviews with pharmacists. Distributing candidates according to company regulations. Building a rapport with pharmacies' Managers. Solving conflicts between middle management and board of directors. Coordinating with training parties in providing needed training's for the pharmacists. Identifying requirements and execute actions in support of building talent and capabilities.
