Quality, Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Systems (QHSSES) Manager The QHSSES Manager is responsible for the leadership, direction and management of JVC’s QHSSES administration information systems and the support services staff deployed as shared resources. The shared resources include, Business Quality, Customer Services, Control and Command room and for the administration of the business management systems, IFS Enterprise CMMS, GIS and financial systems and associated administration staff. The QHSSES Manager leads the development and enhancement of the business operational policies and procedures ensuring alignment to international standard ISO9001 and ultimately prepares, presents and delivers ISO accreditations which are required by the JVC. The additional ISO accreditations requirements cover the full business spectrum including health and safety, environmental, energy and asset management which will support the provision of world class operation and maintenance services. The inclusion of the ISO accreditations into the quality system together with the business management systems provides an integrated business management system. The obtaining and maintenance of the accreditations and systems is the responsibility of the QHSSES Manager. The integration of business services and systems will ensure all process and procedures for business administration, customer services, control and command room provide the necessary external and internal services to fully comply with the operational services and meet the obligations of the O&M Contract in an economical, efficient and effective service provision to end users. The QHSSES Manager is a direct line reportee to the Operations Director and a member of the senior management team. Key functions of the QHSSES Manager are to: Assist the Operations Director, in delivering the services as required by the O&M Contract; Provide technical and administrative support to the Operational Manager, Asset and Maintenance Manager; Focal Leader for ISO accreditations; Develop and implement the Integrated Business Management Systems Develop and implement customer service and public relations strategy Development and implementation of the business management training strategy; Maintain effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for integrated business management systems; Establishment of Business Management, Customer Services and Command and Control room and public relations strategy; Designing, implementing and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures; Develop and implement disaster recovery, back-up, information security and control procedures; Recommend business strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements; Develop and forecast annual financial budgets, schedule expenditures, analyzing variances; initiating corrective action; Deliver day-to-day management of the business management and support services administrative staff; Establish and maintain best in class business management and support services; Develop training and knowledge transfer to achieve best in class business management systems; Develop and implement all necessary reports for effective performance management Design and implements reports on performance, KPI performance dashboards and performance reporting templates; Principal responsibilities of the QHSSES Manager; Coordinate ISO 9001, 14001, 55001 OHSA 18001 accreditation reviews and audits required to maintain accreditations; Developing and implementing QHSSE manual Support the enhancement and establishment of command and control room, customer service and public relations activities undertaken Staff coordinating, planning, monitoring, appraising and training; Management of co-ordination of the emergency response procedures; Manage day-to-day communications with functional sites supervisory staff and managers in relation to O&M activities and delivery of services; Support the Asset and Maintenance department by maintaining the computerised asset, maintenance and GIS sys
