Before Sales: Develop Technical Proposals and write ups Assist Sales Team in Conducting Demonstrations Provide support to the sales staff, This includes engaging clients, delivering presentations and demos, answering technical questions and responding to RFIs (Requests For Information) and RFPs (Requests For Proposal). They will also be instrumental in taking feedback from clients back to the company as part of the Sales Management process. Coordinate the sales support efforts with those of the local marketing representative, be the liaison for the sales executives with all the other departments especially technical. After Sales: Understand and translate customer business needs into application and operational requirements before Selling Create Business Requirements Doc (BRD) and Systems Requirements Spec. (SRS) to capture business/project needs in details. Participate with UX team in explaining the SRS to be visualized by UX Team Participate in Solution analysis, definition, and acceptance in application development life-cycle (including technology possibilities and limitations) Gather, interpret, and translate customer needs into functional and non functional requirements Understand system behavior, inputs, and outputs as they relate to business functions
