We’re looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, highly motivated LEADER to join our team. This position requires experienced Operations Leader that has a nothing-is-impossible attitude with strong people skills and ability to develop a strong team. In addition to driving improvements to our processes, you will work with the management and operations team on the day-to-day tasks. Responsibilities: Lead the operations team in the day-to-day work Provide daily communication with our customers and operations team Plan, organize and manage the operational team to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with our goals and directives Strategic planning and forecasting; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; resolve problems, and address staffing needs.
