Process monthly payroll and monitoring all factors affecting the payroll including sick leave, vacations, overtime, new hires, and resignations reports Monitoring attendance and working shifts for the factory staff. Maintains employees personal files as per the Egyptian law. Follows up on contracts renewal. Dealing and following up with the social insurance office and labor office. Have in-depth knowledge social insurance, labor law, and all governmental regulations. To be familiar with all required payments (emergency fund, vocational training fund, and other governmental committees). Ensure that all HR Practices are complying with Labor Law regulations. Handle all disciplinary actions and warning notifications when needed. Responsible for company medical insurance in terms of getting approvals, refunds and claims for employees. Record and update all types of leaves on the system and conduct monthly reports to HR Director. Manage Payroll and compensation procedures in manual system. Couch & guide all managers with required policies, procedures & how to maintain regulatory compliance.
