The Quality Manager will be responsible for setting the quality strategy, improving quality standards, goals and objectives in our plants in 10th of Ramadan City and El Obour City to meet the growing complexity of our business in the pharma, beverages, food and cosmetics industry. Develop quality assurance & quality management systems in accordance with regulatory and group-specific requirements for pharma, beverages, food and cosmetics products in collaboration with our local and international Quality team. Develop product quality metrics, manage customer complaints, determine optimized process settings, identify areas of improvements and involve relevant departments in developing corrective actions. Coordinate & supervise the quality control team in the production & laboratory area and ensure that production process output is in compliance with internal & external bottle/packaging requirements and customer expectations. Ensure compliance with all ISO and customer/external audit requirements. Prepare and successfully complete audits. Conduct monthly reporting of quality data through documented corporate procedures. Provide leadership to the quality team and guidance to the operations management in terms of quality. Closely collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders and Corporate Quality on a routine basis. Make sure that all Group Quality Policies are adhered to and incorporated into the local systems. Promote quality mind-set among our employees. Train and supervise the employees who perform quality testing within the quality lab and on the production floor. Responsible for continuous quality improvement for the products and operations at ALPLATABA.
