As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation and manuals that contributes to the overall success of our services and products used by clients in North America. Job Responsibilities • Communicating with subject matter expert and different stakeholders to produce different types of documentation including end-user or technical documentation. Examples of produced material are: user guides, deployment guides, operation manuals, administration manuals, deployment and troubleshooting guides. • Creating technical content using the suitable tools (we provide training and mentoring on using different tools) during the required time frame. • Creating professional templates to use them while writing. • Applying customer feedback.• Handling the linguistic and usability revision of the software user interfaces.
