HR Coordinator

Assists with recruitment and interview process. Filtering and searching applications. Call Shortlisted candidate & carry out workshops arrangements of recruitment activities Process incoming and outgoing calls of HR department in a professional way. Responsible for gathering CVs from different sources and channels to be saved in the database. Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations. Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave for employees Ensuring that all employees’ files and records contain all employment papers and keeping employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion. Draft vacancies and publish through all sources, internal and external as required. Preparing monthly reports. Data entry for Factory missions, Vacations & Permissions. Review monthly vacations. Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.) Assist supervisors in performance management procedures Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda Assist CEO Assist in any other tasks as required
