Over all Job Scope Responsible for the monitoring & improvement of the recruitment process in the organization, evaluates different recruitment channels and sources and their performance for job positions, as to recommends best performing recruitment agencies and channels to be used. Responsibilities Maintain up-to-date and accurate lists of current jobs titles and current vacancies within the organization to be able to achieve the annual man power plan. Conduct HR interview and screen resumes for suitability against the key attributes required for the vacant position. Update and maintain non-technical tests to match each position requirement. Update and maintain/categorize candidate’s application forms (soft and hard copies) to have efficient pool of candidates. Analyze the performance of recruitment agencies, the cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. Contact candidates, arrange interview times and assess calibers per the Competency based interview set for each level / group of levels. Follow up with the Line Manager regarding the technical interview process and results, as to follow up the performance of new hired employees during the probation period and take necessary actions towards unsatisfactory ones. Conducting exit interviews prepares exit reports and communicates it to the HR Manger to take necessary actions towards high turnover rates. Handling administrative work related to recruitment in line with the company work procedures. Updating “required reports” on daily basis. Ensure all new comers attend orientation sessions and relevant role based training. Recommend system improvements to current recruitment processes to ensure streamlined, cost effective, high quality services are provided to hiring managers. Represent Pact with professionalism, enthusiasm and energy to sell the organization to prospective candidates.
