Responsibilities: Connect the dots between business needs, innovation and good design. Drive a user experience from start-to-finish that delivers results, connects emotionally. Lead design process involving research, experimentation, and revision. Collaborate with others and work well with developers and product management. Perform field research in regards to latest advances to discover and implement important design details that people may not realize they need Researching interaction design trends Work on Adobe SWs and Sketch based on project need Perform competitive analysis and research for projects. Create and revise information architecture documents and diagrams including but not limited to: content diagrams, content maps, wire frame diagrams,animation and static prototypes. Perform interaction design and transition animation that required for mobile/web application designs Directing ongoing usability testing and assessment. Working with client and project teams to complete the information architecture and interface development processes for new projects Working with internal and client team design and build user-friendly forms/ applications/interfaces and interaction designs based on functional specifications. Ensure all versions of project UX/UI documents are complete, current, and stored/ archived appropriately. Presenting all documentation to internal teams and clients. Deliver Design documents to development team in well presented way with design style sheet.
