Job Purpose: To provide full administration, customer service and first stage of technical support to the business & costumers as a whole. Job Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities: Answer the telephone and perform reception duties such as welcoming visitors. Type documents, photocopy, scan, file and distribute documents as requested by management team. Monitor the use of supplies and equipment. Maintain and supervise the cleanliness of the office premises Assist Customer Service with RMA team . Provide first stage of technical support. Following communication “scripts” when handling different topics. Manage and progress client support calls. Working conditions: Full time job 8 hours Office work but sometimes needs to work out the office. Reporting to Maintenance department, CRM, GM & HR
