Meeting with system users to understand the scope of projects. Work to satisfy customer concerns quickly and completely. Understand client/ user issues and recommend solutions Working with software developers and project support teams Train customers for delivery. Identifying business requirements Working on multiple projects at one time Testing in different environments including web and mobile Project Planning Prepare SRS (Software Requirements Specifications) documents. Functional Testing Reviewing Documentation Analyze project’s requirements. Writing bug reports Report test results to project manager. Allocate and assign tasks for quality resources in coordination with Project Manager.
